This fabulous trio is so important to start my day and end my day. The multivitamins helps my core with its major ingredients to sustain all my organs and good oxygen to my blood. The x2 magnesium I take daily before bedtime helps with my sleep as I used to be very restless to relax and hard to fall asleep easily. I do now! What a balance this trio of products gives me daily.
