 Proper hydration is crucial to every cell, organ, and function in our body!  But so many of us are not getting enough…even if we drink a lot of water!

 

That’s because electrolytes balance the amount of water in your body.  If you don’t have enough electrolytes, the body will actually eliminate water to make the proper balance.  That’s why water alone isn’t enough to properly hydrate your body.  Electrolytes are a crucial part of being fully hydrated…and healthy!
